Operations & Customer Service Coordinator – Drops & Exhibitions Department 1366

Job Description

• Ongoing communication with department customers
• Handle shipments, quotations, collections, tracking, billing, and file closing
• Work with global agents, customers, airlines, shipping lines, and suppliers
• Operate under pressure and support customers beyond standard hours

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding, especially third-party shipments (drops) – must
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – must
• Strong service orientation, ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn
• Availability for full-time + overtime

Position: Sun-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fridays once a month 08:00-12:00
