Key Account Manager – Pharma & Life Science Division 1340

Job Description

• Manage strategic customer accounts in Pharma, Medical Devices, and Medical Cannabis
• Provide ongoing service and prepare quotations for domestic and global customers
• Coordinate with internal operations teams and track import/export shipments until delivery

Requirements

• Customer service experience in international freight forwarding – must
• Advantage: background in pharma forwarding
• Advantage: experience in temperature-controlled/time-sensitive shipments
• Fluent English (spoken, written, reading)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under pressure

Position: Sun-Thu 08:00-17:00
