Job Description

  • Manage defense customer accounts and deliver high-level service
  • Handle and price international freight files
  • Communicate with customers; manage shipments, quotations, collections, tracking, billing, and file closing
  • Work with global agents, airlines, shipping lines, and suppliers
  • Operate logistics projects for leading defense companies
  • Work under pressure and beyond standard hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of international freight forwarding – must
  • HAZMAT specialization – must
  • Customer service experience
  • High-level English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, accurate, diligent, assertive, fast learner


Position: Sun-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fridays once a month

Location: Airport City, Israel
