Account Manager – Drop shipping & Exhibitions Department

Description:

• Maintain ongoing communication with department clients
• Handle shipments from A to Z – quotations, collections, tracking, billing, and file closing
• Coordinate with global agents, customers, airlines, shipping companies, suppliers, and other partners
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment and provide responsive service, incl beyond regular business hours.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in freight forwarding (with a focus on 3rd party / drop shipments) – mandatory
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
• Strong service orientation, resilience in a fast-paced environment, eagerness to learn, reliability, and responsibility
• Suitable also for students – part-time position available
